THE FORGOTEN PEARL OF THE CARIBBEAN
The Cuban Arecha Rum goes back to José Arechabala, who also created the brands of rum Bacardi PEARL and Havana Club towards the end of the 19th century near Havana. The Arecha Rum, however, sets itself apart from these with its soft, full-bodied taste. This rum has been forgotten over time, but thanks to Corporacion Cuba Ron, the tradition of Arecha Rum, also known as the forgotten Pearl of the Caribbean, is now continuing. The Arecha Rum uses sugar cane from the Sierra Meastre Mountains, known for its particularly high quality.
